do not limit you to a single method of manufacturing
your product, but rather offer you a number of different
avenues to accomplish your design,allowing you to
maximize performance, appearance and cost effectiveness.
This
plate is made using a combination of laser cutting (for
odd shaped and critical holes) and CNC punching (for efficiency)
and is then flattened and stress relieved (in a Hammerle
part flattener) to compensate for the warpage and material
stress that highspeed punching can create. The result is
a cost effective part that is able to live up to a high
flatness tolerance required for aligning a document processing
track.
